How to reinforce a sawhorse

- I was going to make a sawhorse, but then I decided to reinforce a weak wooden sawhorse that I have in my woodworking shop. I don't use it too much, but now sure I will use this sawhorse in my woodworking projects, because for some tasks I think it can be even more useful than my workbench. So if you think you need a workbench, it can be a good idea to try with a sturdy sawhorse first. Yes, this is one of those easy woodworking project for beginners that help to improve our small workshops. And it will help to build a proper workbench.

You lost the height adjustment option. I thought that was a good idea.
i think the height adjustment makes it weaker though. I guess you need to choose strength or adjustability..

I was thinking the same thing. As far as the lower shelf it was just crappy building. Looked like 1/4" plywood.
I actually came to watch cause I like the adjustability.
