She has been awarded full custody of her 12 children at Thika Law Courts.
Virginia has also forgiven Tabitha and Kamotho and said her most important focus right now is her children.
She thanked everyone who stood with her saying she could not have done this alone.

I wish my mom fought for us like this. That she's alive but we don't even feel her existence. Last time we had a conversation was in 2019. She can't keep a phone so every time we want to reach her we have to do it through her sister who isn't so enthusiastic about the idea. She says we are the ones who should look for her. We'll she's never looked for us. Sometimes I forget I have a mother somewhere. 5 siblings but we are all directionless. Lost souls just trying to find our way around. Our lastborn, 18 year old has been admitted in Kenyatta since Dec 25th, she has no idea. I'm close to 25 but I still cry for a mother. I wish I knew what a mother's love was. I cry to God on most days, why did he take our father so early? The only person who would have taught us how to love? How it feels for someone to genuinely love and be concerned about you? I wish I knew how it feels to have the assurance that If I fall, I have someone(a mother) who will catch me. So we don't know love. But I'm truly happy for these children.
