You mentioned that other jobs in XIV share levels with their class with other jobs, but *only* Summoner and Scholar (Jobs) share levels with a class, Arcanist. All other jobs are tied to a single or no class. Also, Gunbreaker and Samurai do not start at the same level, as Gunbreaker was released an expansion after Samurai, but that's unimportant and a minor error :P
