Hi. I just wanted to ask how an azure admin works. is it through the ticketing tool we need to monitor? and what actions need to be taken once we see cpu utilization more than threshold?

Depends on organisation, you can configure azure alerts using azure monitor service with this you will get alerts in mail and you can take actions accordingly. Currently I am working with this flow 😎
Also if service now or any ticketing tool is integrated so might get ticket as well
