A good continuation of this is how to place the chains on the hook, Ie, first set of chains; shorteners facing into the back of the hook, second set facing forwards. So that they're all facing out.
Hi Kieran, quick question can I use 2 leg chains to create 4 loops off shortners and hang 4 chain blocks off each loop? All within SWL, I was told I couldn't use this method not to have 2 blocks hanging off 1 chain. 4 leg chains were the obvious option but it's good to have other options if you need to adapt. Interested in your thoughts or any feedback
Many thanks for share your knowledge.
Good tip mate 👍
Good vid thanks for the help keep them coming
Right on!
Don't know when I'll need to know this, but seems useful none the less. Maybe when I'm hoisting an engine or something. Cheers man!
