    Hi mam enaku last month thala suthuthu kovam adhigamaguthu tierd adhigama irikunu hospital ponen narambu problem sonanga. Na one week unga basic level um suryanamaskaram panen ipa second level panitiruken enaku nalla iruku mam thank you. Na 6yrs before yoga panitirundhen indha gapkaparam ipa romba nalla iruku.     I have suffered from hairloss nearly 4 decades due to hypothyroidism. Now my daughter has same problem but thyroid levels are ok so far.     Mam... I'm watching ur videos for the past 3 days . I Have started to do beginner level yoga and Surya namaskar. U explained it very well . But we need more clarifications about doing yoga on empty stomach and wt to do after doing yoga ?? Can we drink water or tea immediately ?? Bcoz I did that . That's why I'm asking...we r doing yoga by ur guidance . But give some more about what to do before and after yoga and what to intake ?. Please reply or give this tips on your next video for beginners to achieve best results . Please madam.

      even if u got cured from vertigo do it atleast 3 times a week. this will not reduce ur sugar
