@@ms.potatohead9215 nope, she means costume jewelry, as in NOT fine jewelry. Chanel has two lines of jewelry - costume and fine. I can identify a lot of the jewelry in that drawer as Chanel costume. Does it still cost $800+ per item? Yep. But it’s Swarovski Crystal, not Diamond.

you answered your own question. They likely only see each other when the "urge" hits them.
She’s trying to flex and make him seem important.
It might be that it's more common to call people by their full names in China, or it might be that she usually calls him by a pet name and doesn't want to use that on camera, but I'm really not sure.
So you can Google him and find his business, hence the name drop wine comment at the end

Teachers call their students full names, parents sometimes call their children by their full names but idk abt married couples. It really could just be that there’s a pet name they don’t want to disclose.
