The thing about body types, is that those with the chubbier body types have larger frames, and far greater stamina than those with stereotypical superman body types, so when they go all out training, you get MARK HENRY. Someone may look kinda silly in a chubby body type, but that's natural armor and A LOT of muscle, just hidden under the outer layer of fat. Folks that look like God Of War Ragnarok's Thor are FUCKING INTIMIDATING to anyone who knows about body building and fighting.
I have a chubbier body type, and while unfit now, my dad has the same body type, and when he was in the army, he could march in full gear ALL DAY LONG if he wanted to. I'm on the GRIND. Depression hurt more than any muscle soreness I have yet experienced. I'm gonna be the next Mark Henry, just you watch.
