I think both are excellent RC cars. However, I don't know much about the Traxxas Raptor because I don't own one. Traction Hobby's Raptor: Various light patterns can be controlled. The front and rear differentials can be switched between free and locked. The drive system can be switched between front-wheel, rear-wheel, and four-wheel. High gear and low gear can be switched. All of the above can be operated with the transmitter.

1/8ということもあり重量が結構あるののとボディのディテールがよく出来ているので迫力が出たのかもしれません。バッテリーは4セルを載せているのでゆっくりと走らせるのが大変でした。人差し指がプルプルしてました。
