Pathans not only live in KPK. A lot of pathans from Afghanistan came with Mughals and settled in India . So they don’t speak pashto bit they are pathans by ancestry.

Everyone in Pakistan is not Pathan. Pathans moved to India before partition where pathans were in power. They were married there also. Mostly were settled in UP and Delhi as it was centre politics. When sub continent was divided big part of muslims came to Pakistan. Many many moved abd they changed their surname to Khan Syed etc. whilevthey were not. However Maira seems to be moved from UP from her urdu accent. Pathan or non Pathan is different issue.
