Chat Noir is one of the oldest and most famous show lounges around here. I think most people know it and how it´s pronounced long before actually knowing how to spell it. (At least I did, I thought it was "Shannoar" when I was little...)
Could that possibly be their parents and Bjarte that they show briefly at 7:25? I think I've seen a photo of their mother, and she looks similar. The boy would be about the same age...
