I appreciated this scene so much bc Ava, was annoying as crap. She was a psychopath that manipulated every situation with Connor. She even planned the scam on him, just to push him back to her in a weird sick way. This scene was like a slap in the face for her, because she realized that he would drop everything and do anything for a robin because he truly still loved her. That's when Ava realized she truly was not the one. I'm glad he saw her for what she really was, Robin on the other hand was truly just going through a sick time in her life and never tried to manipulate Connor because she truly loved him and respected him.
