The story of the Brit who was on the M6 and was hit by a truck's wheel that come off- I was in the car behind and was witness to it - this has made my day seeing this story- I can confirm that the story didn't do justice to the damage and how he survived- Others thought it was a mortal accident- like nobody could survive but were amazed to see him with barely a scratch!
When I was a preschooler, I had to climb up onto the sink in order to brush my teeth. We lived in an old apartment, and the bathroom sink we had was only attached to the wall by a metal pipe (I'm not sure if the back of the sink itself was even connected to the wall). At one point, while climbing up onto the sink to brush my teeth, the pipe broke, and the sink nearly fell on top of me. I only barely managed to leap out of the way before impact, luckily escaping unharmed. This wasn't my only close call during my childhood, as I have had a similar experience where our block TV set almost fell on me when I was just a toddler, have gotten myself lost in multiple large public places (including Monterry Bay Aquarium, the second largest aquarium in the US), had a dried reed pierce my face a mere millimeter from my eye after falling through a patch of deep snow, nearly slid down the side of Casper Mountain in Wyoming, and at one point, as a toddler, I was even almost kidnapped once. My guardian angel has a full-time job.
Hmm I view it rather positively instead, I think its smarter for him to do that just in case he got buried in an avalanche, he could use that stick as a vantage point to wiggle for help and make an air pocket for him to breath.

My Nana had a story similar to the car one. When she was going down a highway in the late 1970's, her brand new car was smashed in a wreak. And the engine went right where my father, a toddler at the time, would have been sitting if it wasn't for my grandfather saying that my dad needed to stay home. :)
Sit down. There was this one time where I, my Auntie, and 1 or 2 of my older cousins were going to my grandmama house. We arrived and we was getting out of the car, grandmama was getting out of the car as well but on accident, my auntie accidentally closed the door while grandmama was leaning to stretch. Her hand got trapped near the more swingable side of the door, near the window. Ever so luckily, she was completely okay with no injuries. Auntie opened back up the car door and grandmama got her hand out of it and reclosed the car door. She said after that "God was there with us."

I've read a story in Germany where a bicycle rider was crushed by a 17-tonner. Her complete right side of the body was crushed into mud. The story was horrific and although she survived and regenerated partly, it's really sad to hear that she'd have wished to die in that moment since the daily pain and additional problems (like her right part of the face not having intact muscles) give her basically no joy of life. And I can really understand that.
That Car-nage story reminds me of something that happened at my old fabrication plant. We made the giant steel lattice EHV transmission towers and would ship out bundles of angle iron (as big as 12"×12"×1" at 40' long) on flatbed semis. The day after I got a big promotion, one of our contracted delivery drivers had a wreck that stopped his truck from 60+mph instantly. When the truck stopped, the bundles of angle iron (despite being strapped & chained down) kept moving forward. The steel even managed to punch most of the engine out of place. The driver's torso was completely pulverized but his hips and head were basically untouched. I didn't know the guy aside from the brief pleasantries and documentation for the shipping office. I felt terrible for his family.

26:26 the reason why the turtles are falling from the sky is because I herd that when birds catch a turtle they bring it to a high place in the sky and drop them to kill them and eat them but I guess the wind make them miss their aim
The boy with the screw in the head reminded me of a story I saw on Untold stories of the ER. A man walked into the ER on Halloween night with an axe stuck in his skull. At first the doctors thought it was a prank but it became noticeable obvious it was not after they took a closer look. Someone attacked the man with an axe and miraculously the axe didn't go deep enough to kill the man.
There is a second possibility for the flying turtle there are some birds that will pick up turtles and airdrop them onto hard surfaces to crack there shell this happened once to a bald mans head that got mistaken for a rock and the impact crushed his skull and sent shards of the skull into the brain causing unfixable damage.
The woman who fell from the sky at a death collision course with earth and then survived by landing luckily on a 'Fire Ant's Nest' (probably at any other time an unlucky experience). Having her heart kept beating from the ant's bites. Was the craziest survival story I've ever heard of in my life. Unbelievably lucky person. I would probably break a leg falling off the kerb. Let alone from a plane. Amazing. Nature helps save a person's life by protecting the nest. I wonder what would happen if you were bitten the same amount of time but didn't need saving.
Living in Utah and making long trips to the south is always sketchy. The heat blows your tires sometimes. I was driving with a buddy after getting my license down a massive canyon with a semi, felt like it was riding my ass as I drove the limit and a deer hopped into the road. I had to make an immediate brake and since semis can’t stop like my friends car he had to hella swerve onto oncoming lanes quickly. Luckily nobody was in those lanes, but everything was downhill so we all had no time to respond, but I personally felt like the driver was riding our ass because I wanted to drive the limit and it almost killed us.
Wow, the turtles are so lucky to have so good shields naturally attached to them and they were lucky that there wasn't a deadly impact that killed them inside their shells...
23:45 This reminds me that the event of the crash is so similar compared to Paul Walker's incident. They saw Walker's car crash and started recording it but they didn't want to approach because they feared they didn't want to be blown up just to save someone. It's such a tragedy when he perished in the fire. It's been almost 9 years since Paul walker's passing Paul Walker should have been alive if someone heroically & willingly saved Paul walker, driver Roger Rodas in the car crashed 2005 Porsche minutes before they both perished. This would have been a heroic moment in history saving the beloved actor. This is why I feel that motivation to be a rescuer. That plane crash was even before Paul's death in 2013
I miss the guy too -- he was taken far too early. One of the only celebrities I actually shed tears for. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but I do know his passing was incredibly heartbreaking and frustrating.
While getting into a bathtub during a tornado is a good place to be if you have no basement, the fact that the bathroom and tub were on the second floor of the house poses major problems. Being on the lowest level of a building in a small room/closet is by far a better option to survive in a tornado. They were extremely lucky.
When I was in the scouts I was stupid and so was my friends, we decided to chop down a rotted tree, not too big for a tree but about a foot in diameter. I got tired of chopping and went pacing around the area to cool off. About a minute later my friends had succeed but I was in it's fall path almost perfectly. Instead of diving to the side I ran straight away like some Looney toons character and survived only because the tree had broken in the middle sometime in the past. I was about 2 feet from death when I realized my luck. I'm shocked I'm alive to this day.
One tiny change in anything you do changes the outcome of something that could happen. Take for instance the man telling his son he couldn't come. Chances are if the son would of came the tire in the vehicle wouldn't of happened. All because of Vyrans law. Time would of changed by a few seconds to a few mins and the tire that should of hit the car went by missing the car all together. Things changed as time keep moving forward. I always tell people. It something feel weird while driving. Just do something different while traveling. Like stop at a gestation when your full of gas and buy something you normally wouldn't by. That simple thing could of saved your life. Follow your gut instinct. And let your time change by doing something off that day. It save my life a number of times.
My grandfather fell backwards on a board with a nail and it got stuck in his head. They twisted it out and never went to the doctor. He lived to the age of about 88
25:00 Aaaannnd that's the difference between Men & Women, while the ladies were shrieking & likely crying on the side of the road only thinking of themselves, 2 Men didn't need time to think before jumping into action/harms way & saved 2 souls that would have otherwise been lost to everyone they know most likely both with families who love them. Also shows us men's stupidity not wearing a seatbelt (& I don't care if yer in the backseat, put that shit on dummy). I'm more MAN than any man I know but I'm very grateful for airbags, but wayyy more thankful for seatbelts, & no matter how tough & Manly I am (& I take zero of the bragging back because u wouldn't believe the shit I can tell u about my selfless life & not all my ridiculous exploits have been selfless, plenty have been for fun or very dangerous work), not only would I have pulled those guys from the plane without a second thought, but I most definitely would have been wearing my seatbelt no matter where I was sitting...There's still a difference between being a badass & a dumbass & this badass ALWAYS wears his seatbelt. Remember that kids...Seatbelts are for survivors not cool kids who don't use em.

the reason why the turtles are falling from the sky is because I herd that when birds catch a turtle they bring it to a high place in the sky and drop them to kill them and eat them but I guess the wind make them miss their aim
As a Minnesotan, I can conform that it can indeed get that cold in the winter and sadly, that happens way more than you might think. :(
I live in south Minnesota so might not get -20 as often I usually get -5 in the winter
@@ionmesh4265 do you live in northern or southern MN?
South
Well who am I to say we are getting -20 on average now
Lol, same with Wisconsin! It's crazy!
Is it just me or is sometimes the best part of these videos the sneaky little puns 😂
I was looking for this comment
wow he got put in a near-death situation just because he was bald
@@no-one-1 there was no "near-death" i imagine, if his skull was obliterated
1:07 "I almost died"
Idk why but it is something funny about the way she sais it😂
6:39 this is why you should have a backup backup backup backup parachute just in case
In the next installment of this never ending series do the story of Marcus Luettrelle
I think Jean is becoming like captain America when he got frozen
Wow, the turtles are so lucky to have so good shields naturally attached to them and
they were lucky that there wasn't a deadly impact that killed them inside their shells...
If this were a television show, I'd buy cable again
Bro, imagine being saved by freaking FIRE ANTS. Clearly, SOMEONE is up there pulling strings and picking favorites.
23:45 This reminds me that the event of the crash is so similar compared to Paul Walker's incident. They saw Walker's car crash and started recording it but they didn't want to approach because they feared they didn't want to be blown up just to save someone. It's such a tragedy when he perished in the fire. It's been almost 9 years since Paul walker's passing
Paul Walker should have been alive if someone heroically & willingly saved Paul walker, driver Roger Rodas in the car crashed 2005 Porsche minutes before they both perished.
How we feel about Paul Walker is, perhaps, not unlike how James Dean's car accident hit the public at the time.
Fun fact: this is a fun fact

While getting into a bathtub during a tornado is a good place to be if you have no basement, the fact that the bathroom and tub were on the second floor of the house poses major problems. Being on the lowest level of a building in a small room/closet is by far a better option to survive in a tornado. They were extremely lucky.
Incredible luck. I mean they could have been cruahed in the house, but they got whisked out. Unreal how strong that windforce was.
These videos are so good I love them it feels like a TV show also thank you for making these videos 😍
Most skydiving deaths are from professionals that are so used to falling that they forget to pull the parachute

I can confirm Minnesota is very cold and I love it
I could not breath when he told the story about the avalanch in the snow where the people got buried.
