These pizza ovens are garbage! Technical support is even worse. Had changed multiple parts according to tech support. PLC, amplifier board, ignition control, and thermocouples. Still did not work. Researched with trial and error and was never even told about the PIDs for heating when burners would light and drop after short time. PIDs were off by alot. I have been a refrigeration heating contractor for 20 year's and would stay away from this model. PROBABLY TOOK 5 YEARS OFF MY LIFE!!
Hi, if I need the belt continuously run during the cooking, is that ok? Cause my products require approximately 45-50 seconds each time. Thanks
