I'm more of a role-playing, realistic long hauler... I grew up with truck drivers, in fact, my uncle is still one... I love taking those long runs that take 2 to 3+ in game days (roughly 45m to an hour to complete) I'm actually playing "On the Road" on my PS4, and I have like 4 or 5 different loads I'm running... also in On the Road, I think of myself as a bit of a business owner/operator, as I currently have like 6 different trucks, all with drivers, running all at the same time... can you do that in "Truckers of Europe 3?" I'm also a bit of an explorer... I love looking for easter eggs if the game has them...
Sometimes I roleplay in this game and just like you said I pretend that I have wife and kids and i need to earn money to feed my family(that is just a roleplay i do when i was bored in the game not in real life tho)
