I usually steam using a Fissler wok, and I notice a lot of condensed water in the plate. How do you limit/ prevent condensed water on the plate when you don’t cover the food with glad cling wrap when steaming?
be aware , do not use cling wrap ( Saran Wrap in North America) when cooking or steaming , when heat up the cling wrap would melted then became liquid (unseen able) then liquid blended into with all the ingredients , you do not realize how dangerous would be !
my personal favourite for cooking salmon is “broil” , I have tried several methods , ultimately the best for my own taste , am I the loquacious person ? my apology !
Being loquacious is just great 👍🏻 😉 Yeah, so many ways could make good salmon, broiling, pan-searing, air-frying… you name it. Steaming salmon is what I learnt from fitness ppl diets. Regardless of the popularity of steaming salmon, I just wanna use the same kind of food to test different cooking methods. After all, we should find the cooking way to best suit our own taste.☺️
