If you listen carefully, you'd notice that Colaps' last drop (18:51) is a counter to River's drop at (14:00). I feel like a lot of people miss this detail.

Both of them were fire and I would've been happy with either of them winning. I read in multiple places that Colaps was much more powerful live while also being cleaner with less reused stuff from previous rounds and those were the reasons the judges chose him. I can see that but River's talent is still undeniable and he was worthy of being the champ as much as Colaps was. Colaps was just way too prepared man.
