It's great that you're reacting to these full episodes. Most people only react to those compilations and you really miss most of the joke without the context of the full episode. Sometimes you even need the context of past episodes too. I would recommend episodes "Red Badge of Gayness", "Proper Condom Use", "Death Camp of Tolerance", "Goobacks" and "Bloody Mary" if you haven't seen them already.

    • @alexthrailkill

I was already laughing before even clicking on the video 😂 I always look forward to these reactions.
Now that you’ve seen jimmy’s parents, now you have to watch the episode “Krazy Kripples”

Glad to see you post this episode and this one of the worst things Eric Cartman ever done. That montage with Eric Cartman remind of certain 80s movies.
    Keep up with work!

I had a friend in school who couldn't talk and could only make noise and Point but His Parents strapped a Filip Book with Laminated Pages to His Waist so he could Open it and Point to what he wanted so you could get a General Idea pretty easily.

What's interesting is that Cartman's idea was based on a real-life incident where a Spanish basketball team easily defeated the competition in the special Olympics because only 2 of the 12 players they suited up actually did have an intellectual disability

One of my favorite things about Cartman's subplot is that he trains to be handicapped but not to be actually good at the events.
So many people assume that they could beat handicapped athletes just because they're able-bodied but unfit people like Cartman could never 😅. I bet even most average people couldn't beat the best handicapped athletes in the sport/event they specialize in.

YES!!! I'm so glad you finally got round to this one. I think I posted this episode as a recommendation on an earlier video, and I thought you might have forgotten.

You know even though what Cartman was doing was very very wrong, I gotta admit it’s kinda impressive to how much studying he’s doing, this is probably the only time we see Cartman hit the books.

What Cartman is doing actually happened in the paralympics games 2000, where several countries (most notably Spain) was proven to use players who faked being mental disabled/handicaped.

Liked what you said about him being almost too good at manipulating his mom. Me and my missus always said if cartman actually applied himself like this to something worthwhile he could actually achieve anything. Its the one good trait he has. Lol.

I actually worked for Special Olympics once, as a senior media figure. The Games cater for many levels of disability - at the lower level of ability are people for whom, say, just understanding how to roll a ball was an achievement. At the upper end of ability were/are athletes who are basically on par with people in the mainstream Olympics, yet have an intellectual disability. They're otherwise in peak physical condition, however - competing against those people, neither Cartman (or I) would have a hope of beating them. He got his well-deserved comeuppance here, by being too lazy to bother to learn more about Special Olympians and their abilities.

Dash is a very decent person. Knowing South Park as well as i do, i can watch his reaction when he picks up on cartmans schemes before they are revealed. The look of disappointment, shock, compassion, and disbelief tell who he is.

I love how they represent disabled people In South park. They are human beings justliving their life's pushing through the problems and not letting their disability bring em down. Also I absolutely hate cartman he's such a douche lol. S16 E5 Butterballs is a great episode!
