    19:55, yes courtesy and patience and respect for the rules. A lot of people feel great about flouting rules.

    Been sick and tired of all these ignorant armchair expert youtubers yap nonsense about road safety by looking at random accident pictures, when truth is that the issue is something that flies way over their heads and understanding. Finally we have one of the most knowledgeable, experienced veterans talk in detail about road safety. I thank you so much Mr.Bhavya Desai for bringing in Ms.Renuka Kriplani on your show. Hope this kills all the myths about road safety.

      Thanks a lot. Happy to know that you liked the podcast. I also felt that these were important things that needed discussing - especially considering how we take road safety lightly. Plus the good thing about having a guest like Renuka is that the discussion is very organic and enjoyable. :)

    At time line 21.58 you hv discussed road infra....this is for expressways only. Regular highways are not progressing that fast, nor are the repairs & maintenance. Also city roads are in a very bad shape. It's across every city & town of the country, except New Delhi. City road improvement is an imperative must.

    • @ExpertTalkwithBhavyaDesai
      @ExpertTalkwithBhavyaDesai  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes true. The city roads surely need better planning. But unfortunately in the current scenario that seems difficult, since road widening, fixing, infra usually happens when a city is planned well at inception. Which not many Indian cities might’ve been.

    I believe, the discussion on EV's are not explored thoroughly enough. People buy EV's not to save planet, but because electricity is cheaper than petrol. This is the actual truth. That's why people who are buying EV's are ready to pre plan their trips and face challenges with charging infrastructure. Driving an EV is easy and very comfortable compared with any ICE cars. Ask any EV user, they say they're never going back to driving ICE cars. That's why manufacturers are investing their money on making EV's because they understood that. I believe the future is definitely EV's. Check any manufacturer's future release plan, they are releasing EV's. Even Toyota plans to release 30 EV cars in 2027. Honda is coming with their own line up. All German car manufacturers are getting with their own EV line up. Tata is already in the game in Indian market. Mahindra is coming up in 2025. Hybrid won't work in India. The R&D investment on hybrid brings no profitable returns to manufacturers in Indian market. The consumers aren't interested in buying hybrids because of their repair and maintenance costs. The future is EV.

      to be honest most buyers barely use that big enough screen for more than playing few songs. the problem is people have that screen and buttons on steering wheel to attempt calls or whatever but still i do see people on road are still not using the screen but stick their phone to their ear and use one hand to operate it while other hand in on steering.

    Best approach - start with strong hybrids , like series hybrids (less complex, no need of charging) - and then slowly transition to electrics too , parallelly !

      1. ratio of coal power generation is coming down and it came below 50 percent mark just recently. 2. you talk about polution caused because of extraction of rare minerals. You think petrol and diesel extraction and manufacturing process don't cause pollution. Do you understand how much heat and polluting agents are continuously caused by ICE vehicles? 3. since EV technology is newer, it will take time to mature and attitudes of buyers will also change over time.

      @@artus198 Alright, buckle up, because I'm about to hit you with some cold, hard technical facts that prove Tesla cars are light years ahead of anything pre-2003 or 1980. Let's start with the interior design - Tesla's use of premium materials like vegan leather and sustainable wood trims not only look good but are environmentally friendly. The minimalist design isn't just for show; it's functional, reducing clutter and optimizing space for a more comfortable driving experience.
      Now, let's talk tech. Tesla's Autopilot system is a game-changer, utilizing advanced sensors and cameras for autonomous driving capabilities that old cars could only dream of. The over-the-air software updates continuously improve performance and add new features, keeping your Tesla feeling fresh and cutting-edge. And don't even get me started on performance - instant torque from electric motors means lightning-fast acceleration that leaves gas-guzzlers in the dust.
      So, to all the naysayers living in the past - wake up and smell the electric revolution. Tesla cars aren't just better than old vehicles; they're redefining what's possible in the automotive industry.

      Keep crying
      I will laugh when you sell your petrol car for 5% of its original price 6 years later, and my 2021 nexon ev will still run that day, and will keep running like new 9 year later when I replace the battery , and the old battery will be recycled to make powerbanks for phones in tata's battery recycling plant newly opened in haryana

    Rest all doesn't cover what the text says about the video.
    I was hesitant to click on the video and was curious to know what is there a 1+ hour of discussion on road safety.
