      its actually very easy for a 19 years old from Israel to learn and speak English, and his English is just OK. everything in Israel: products, appliances interfaces, operating systems, phones, video games are usually in English, and TV and music is really Americanized. its very different from Europe or the far east, where they put extra effort to sustain everything in their own language.

    Why Warriors will draft him:
    1. He's a threat to Andrew Wiggins in SF position (That's enough to motivate him)
    2. Warriors don't want to draft center like James Wiseman, he's a bit slow in terms of switching (It'll be hard to cover Steph's defense without switching)
    3. Secondary ball handler to Stephen Curry
    4. He can be facilitator of 2nd unit
    5. He's a great defensive wing (3rd best in this draft next to Devin Vassell and Isaac Okoro)

  • @olivergrand4956
    @olivergrand4956 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    I think he has three elite skills, scoring, open court game (outlet/bounce passing, on ball driving) and court vision. Scoring- he just has extremely good combination of size, ball handling and passing, and that's going to make teams respect his passing ability and not leave other players open which would leave him a lot of times on miss matches against small defenders. Transition- impressive to see a player his size push to ball so fast with a dribble or passing when there is an opportunity for it. And his vision- he's one of these guys that can see two steps ahead. If the team drafts him will tighten his handle up to the point he can run an offense whenever he wants, he's gonna be a problem.

    As a maccabi fan- he is pretty good... Got a great potential but need to improve alot of aspects in his game to be an nba superstar material...
    The team that will draft him will need to be patient with his development. he is far far from doncic imo, but can develop to be a solid nba player especially due to his high bb iq and vision of the court. Gl deni🇮🇱💛

    • @liambrook7156
      @liambrook7156 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      He's not Luka, he's Avdija by it's own way and he have the potential to be a superstar in this league. He have a better defense than Luka, better athleticism, better quickness, shooting are pretty similar, court view are similar, winning mentality are similar, The only advantages Luka have over him at the moment are leadership and creating his own shots, but Deni have the skills to improve it.

    • @liambrook7156
      @liambrook7156 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @M.Z.Fibula I watched Luka for 2 years in Europe and I watched Deni for two years as well. It's very wrong to compare shooting just by numbers, there are so many other factors that affecting shooting numbers. Luka played for the richest team in Europe. They were full of high quality players around him and could afford themselves to be more patience for his mistakes. And believe me, he did tons of mistakes at the beginning. Maccabi TA, Deni's team, having around the 7'th or 8'th best budget in Europe and is more panic if something goes the wrong way. It's also a team that in general have a less tradition in giving major playing time for young talents. No matter how talented they are, because they have really low patience for mistakes which every young player makes. That's part of the reason it took Deni much more time to grow as a player, and he's still just at the beginning of his growth while Luka was way more polished the same age.
      Skills wise, Luka has some advantages and disadvantages. His ball handling is more polished, though Deni's ball handling potential is VERY underrated. And I'm saying it as someone who watched his youth games and saw the way he can create for himself off the dribble. Deni has the potential to be almost as good passer as Luka is. If you would watch his youth games, you would see some insane passes from him. He can create for others shots even from 60 feet away and when the ball goes between a few defenders. He's a better athlete, quicker and faster the same age, he also taller and is a better defender. Those the advantages or similarities Deni has the same age, if you're not considering stats (which affected by many factors that not depended on the player) and goes only by potential and skills. Luka's advantages the same age are: he's more aggresive offensively, more polished ball handling and especially with his left hand, he's shown more creativity on creating his own shots while slashing (though Deni has shown those at his youth games, but not enough on his pro team yet), and Luka's touch is slightly better as well the same age. Those are the differences, as I see it.
