HI, I have been using this brand for some years in Austria. Sadly, it does not cut straight. It just cuts bottom papers towards inside about 1mm smaller. I have contacted the company but they suggested to get new or sharpened knife but does not help.

I purchased a 450VS+ Paper cutter. I just set it up. Plugged it in and it won't turn on. I was wondering if you could help. The power switch is really stiff. I pushed it in and it depressed but did not pop back out. I also have a little tiny chip/computer card. I think this must have something to do with it. The instructions do not say anything about this chip. I looked underneath the unit and do not see anything wrong or a place for the child. I am in the USA and found you online so I hope you know something. I can send photos if it would help. Your photo shows two boards, i only have one. Thanks in advance for you help.
Let me know what you find out. I can do the same. I bought the power converter that believe to correct, 110v to 220v 5000 watts. It powered up but displays error code and starts to have burning smell in very short time.
Is there some kind of safety item that I need to remove before I use the machine. I turned it on and it has a constant beep. the only thing that lights up is the power light. The safety shield will not open and the digital display does not light up.
Hi friend, the safety is platic cover on front side. Before you cut paper, you should close the plastic cover. Otherwise it will not work. If you open the cover when you cutting paper, it will stop it also.
@@andylee8548 Hello! why does this happen? we could raise the blade by pressing the reset, power and cut buttons but we don't know why this happens? they already changed a machine because of this problem and now it happens with the new one they gave us

What's the exact power converter you used? I got a 110v to 220v 5000 watt max and the machine powered on but has error code E 6. Also starts to have burning smell and shut it down immediately.
Do you happen to know anything about the E--2 error?

If you have trouble with it shutting itself off, I added grease to mine and it seems to have fixed the problem.

My 450VS cutting blade is in the down position and will not move up. Motor is coming on but no movement. Any suggestions please?

SIR HOW TO REMOVE ERROR CODE E-5
There are two reason to lead to E-5. First, the sensor of pressing motor was loose. Second, the motherboard was been broken.
