Im using bluestacks 4 and everytime when i exit from emulator i toggle 60 fps lock from 144fps, so if i dont do that next time when i launch the emulator, my highest fps will be 60, so u can try it too, just launch bluestack, set 60 fps, exit, launch again, set 144 fps and go into a game. This is the one and only advise for you.
