Great video Shervin, this is great to see but not realistic for the average Joe but one thing we can all do is sleep more, get sunlight, exercise (30 mins) and eat well cutting out sugars.
Have you looked at literature showing that cold exposure (like ice baths) stunt muscle hypertrophy? It seems to lower inflammation, but that also stunts muscle growth (similar to NSAIDs). Great for athletes looking to recover before/after a game, but questionable for people looking to put on muscle.
I guess that's why he said he likes to do a cold plunge at least 4-5 hours after a workout. I read that's the timeframe that gives the most negative impact on hypertrophy. Also, a good idea to do a cold plunge is on your rest days in your routine.
Your videos are awesome but this entire routine is bizarre, no way this is feasible for the average person who has varied schedules and responsibilities. I highly doubt it's even needed or effective, there are some key things here that everyone can do but all that other stuff is just pretentious worthless add-ons.

Yes, and that’s why I don’t do ice bath on the same days that I work out. But if I do, I do it 4 to 6 hours after my workout session.
