How do you take off the steering wheel to put in batteries

Underneath the steering wheel and button control panel, you'll see that it is clicked into place. You'll need to take a flathead screwdriver or something similar and pop that control panel out of place. Once you get that out, you'll easily be able to replace the batteries. Then pop it back into place

How do you make the back wheels spend?

The Batman wheels on the top are fake and spin in place when you spin with your hand. The wheels on the bottom of the walker spin while the baby walks. Hope that helps
