It's because he's using bandos and bludgeon instead of real gear, if a drop is rolled it goes to somebody at random based on damage. The more damage you do, the higher chance it's in your name.

wtf did you change in your game/runelite settings, at 37:40 the text seems kinda blurry not very crisp, then at 39:50 everything about the game looks more crisp, is this a runelite setting or something? I've tried messing with runelite GPU settings but cant seem to get it like your game
