That's really it. His solution is to match the current binary with the rp swrev number. Not to downgrade to the previous binary. It's possible to downgrade firmware to a previous security patch, that stands for the number after the one that stands for the binary.
Indeed we were all expecting we could downgrade the binary or reset the binary counter so we could flash the firmware that came installed within our phone.
