Usually after you unpair the gamepad with your device [so it doesn't recognize the gamepad] and then click Home and X at the same time [depends on type of device] it starts working. But you have to repeat this for every time you try the gamepad on a different device Use (Home + X) on Phones and Tablets, I think (Home + RB) for Laptops and PCs I hope this helped!
@@Roxhanne1 Maybe search up your android phone to see if it's even compatible with a gamepad. But did you try the unpair and pair I just mentioned? Or does your phone only register A and START button like my new phone? Try using Minecraft on it, since it's an Xbox game and the controller is Xbox.
@@dreisangthefreezer Maybe try using a different USB Charger but unless you already were, you should use Bluetooth instead. If you can't connect then unpair and pair again, It should work.

Did it work in the past? Unpair with the device then pair again. Or it may be incompatible with any type of controller just like my new phone, sorry.
When I plug it via wired, it lights up at 3 and slowly blinks.
