- So something a little different. I thought I’d put the fan reaction out on its own. Otherwise we’re looking at over 25 mins. So I thought I’d give it its own video. Thank you to Paul, Jack, Christian, Ryan, Nigel and Charlie for getting involved and saying how they felt after the game.

Great vid again Gareth. I am a scboro fan and although we are mid table it is a tight league, think wheels have fallen off since we beat you. Scunny fans all seem to have same idea too man favourites in team which is very strange to hear but must be correct. Im sure with ur great support it will come back but frustrating for you all. Maybe it is a case of teams working out your system

Mind you, of course I don't want Scunny or anyone else ahead of us come the end of the season!

Congratulations on winning the award Gareth, your videos and blogs are in a league of their own, best I’ve seen anywhere, never mind non league. I have strong links to Scunthorpe with family members, used to go with my grandad and uncle to the old show ground and glanford park, keep up the great work mate. Up the iron ⚽️⚽️⚽️👍👌
Thanks for the compliments Gareth IronArmy , like the podcast blog, will after follow , gives me more idea's, been doing this filming for over 10 years now of the Bucks, very trying sometimes, as at yours today, don't film live, I use for highlights laters, it's a fans blog from the away end , never mind , good luck rest of season, except when you come up tp the Silverlands .

I completely feel your pain, we had five years of it at York playing part time teams and its bloody difficult to get out of NLN. If we hadn't fluked our way out three seasons ago we'd still be there with you. It needs a complete reset before its too late. Get back to basics, playing out from the back doesn't work in NLN, you need to grind yourselves out of the division. Good luck lads, National League and above needs Scunny to be in it.

Stubbornness and lack of adaptability is a big concern; is the gaffer getting help from someone like Lawsey, who has been there and done that? Hard at the minute Gareth but keep the faith. Great vlog again. 👏👏
This league is so unpredictable, with teams beating each other. I understand the frustrations but sacking a manager when the team is in the top two is not wise, especially when budgets are tight. Seen this many times in football before and Scunny have to work with what they have got, like other clubs in this division. It's only November and there is still a long way to go. We have to remember that Scunny are still on a budget and like you say Gareth, with Scunny not being top might ease some pressure. Congratulations on your award Gareth.
This league is not a walkover for anyone. Their are no mug sides. If you turn on yourselves your finished, Its about sticking together.
Who would you bring in? You cannot keep sacking managers it doesn't work.
York took 4 and Stockport took 3 seasons to get promotion.
100% agree!! It's embarrassing these fans booing and shouting abuse at the team. I've never seen a visiting team be treated like this by their fans and I've never seen it in an away match. I have only ever seen it with Scunthorpe fans.
What decent player would ever want to play for us in the future with such abusive fans!! What kind of standards are they setting for our younger generation of supporters? I love this club so much. A l9yal supporter stick by their teM win lose or draw. I really would like to see more of Brogan on the pitch. Him and Scales completely changed the dynamics today
Stockport fan and subscriber here, County were here for 6 seasons before we finally pipped Chorley to the title. We finally got a team that was more than the sum of its parts playing the best players in roles that suited them in a system that was not over complicated.
If Andy Butler is selecting players based on anything other ability he needs to accept his shortcomings and walk away. Congrats on the awards Gareth.

I love this club, today was embarrassing but i wasnt embarrassed because of my team. Yes i was disappointed but i was more embarrassed by the fans booing and abuse!!! No wonder we are the laughing stock of this league.i have never seen a visiting team be treated the same way by their fans when they've lost!! Who in their right mind would want to sign for us now? Knowing if they're off their game the abuse they would have to tolerate!!! Yes there is clearly a problem. I agree with you Gareth i think there are favourites. But what has changed???? The start of the season was amazing!! Someone please explain to me what has changed???

From a chesterfield fan your a big fish in that division so teams up there game when playing big boys
A view from outside, don't get too despondent, although I understand where you're all coming from. I think it's already been said but it's big fish syndrome, you're by far the biggest club in the league and the number one scalp. Part timers want to put it up you and especially in front of 4000+ it's like a cup final. The manager and the players need to buck their ideas up!

Listen to the away fans singing yesterday. You’re not famous anymore and can we play you every week. That tells its own story. So if a player is a liability or not giving 110% get him off for someone who is better in a game that needs skill and heart. Use subs not excuses .
