If you want to exhaust the air from the radiator and at the same time you want to see the infinity mirror at the front of the fans, then yes you need reverse blade. If you use the ones it comes with then you're forced to intake air to be able to see the infinity mirror

As i understand Lian Li Galahad II Trinity SL-INF 360 comes with standart fans not reverse. So your build is quite odd 5 exhaust and 3 intake. That's a lot of negative pressure!
Hello! Can you explain how this fan configuration works? The 2 regular blades are on the back as exhaust, The radiator is using regular blades but it is inverted so that they are intakes? And the bottom reverse blades are intakes? Am I on the correct path here
