My god her food choices irk me beyond belief. She chooses highly processed, high fat , sugar and sodium filled foods. Why not eat clean fresh produce and cook at home? It’s not rocket science. If she really wanted to lose weight she’d cut out all the garbage she puts in her body. And she should be eating around 1200 a day. At this rate she’s gaining and maintaining with the vast amount of food she’s eating. She’s exactly what I avoid to be like.

It's normal that your body fluctuates even at this size. And .2 is literally a few sips of water in the morning. This goes the other way as well. Even if it’s within your caloric limit, it’s still gonna make you bloat and gain water weight that’ll show up on the scale. If she knows seeing a higher number on the scale when she’s “been on track” (even if it’s by a minuscule ounces) is a huge trigger for her to binge or give up & order takeout, why not avoid the foods that’ll make her bloat?
