They're paper cocktail tubes. You can twist them yourself from cardboard paper, but I ordered them from a Chinese online store, as they are very expensive in our country

These ideas are clever but adding lace trim to a thing makes it crap and tacky in bad taste
But it's up to your own taste! I'm just suggesting an idea, and you can do as you see fit :)
No accounting for taste is 1 of my mottos. I personally think lace adds a lovely touch.
