A potential client wants a food & wine vacation in the Spring of 2024 to the Tuscany area of Italy and one of the most important must-do's mentioned was "grape stomping like in that episode of the 'I Love Lucy' tv show, without the fight scene of course🤣".
Now, the wine regions in Italy are beautiful in the Spring because it's planting season and the landscape of newly planted fields and/or new growth is sublime. However, harvest time in September and October is the absolute best time for foodies and winos, um... wine lovers.😜 The highlight being the numerous wine festivals that last several days all over Italy where most feature food sampling, wine tastings, live music, folk dancing, parades, art exhibits, craft vendors, plus grape stomping and even grape stomping contests.
