Some times we forget that we have to know how to treat and service our customers. The barbershop could be a very cold place for a customer to walk in. Most of the time barbers just look at the client when they walk through the door and say nothing at all, as if the customer knows what's going on. It is really up to us as barbershop owners and renters to Make sure we are letting the customer know exactly what's going on at our location. We also should alway pamper a customer make them feel good about being at our store. This is the only way they will come back to your barbershop location again. Make sure your goin the extra mile for you client cleaning the hair on their neck and ears. Make sure they know you care and your barbershop will definitely be a lot more successful. Be the person you would want to see if you walked through that door. Put your self in that customers shoes. If you do that the customer will definitely reward you for it!
