There is a need for cleaning companies, infact there are small cleaning companies in every public building in Ghana that charge very low rates.
To penetrate and succed you can register a facility management company where you can target big firms like Gold mining companies like Newmont, Goldfields, Anglogold Ashanti, persues mining plus oil & gas companies such as Modec, ENI, GE, Baker Hughes, etc. You can manage thier cafeteria, or restaurants, guest houses , recreational centers , waste etc . You can research on ATS .I think they are the only international facility management firm i know. You can start by acquiring
      1.business registration cert
      2.SSNIT Clearance
      3. Tax clearance etc
Later you can apply for Mineral commission certificate to enable you work for the Mines and Petroleum Commission certificate for the oil & gas.

Great video and advice. My husband and I are saving at least 40k before we come. We're also starting a business online here so we can carry it with us. Also I decided on leaving money with my mother as well. That way if we run out she can just send us back up money. We've been searching for inexpensive areas but safe. We plan on paying up rent for two years when we go. We're still unsure as to the exact location but we will be there. We are a family of seven as as well. I say plan plan plan. We're still planning and will be motifying plans as we go until we get there. We're currently in the USA and we do not feel accepted here. My husband was wrongfully convicted of a crime and that set us back greatly. But Yah is with us. Just have a great plan. Keep pushing King and Queen!

Just wondering if I heard correctly that in Ghana your family of 7 is able to live a " middle class " for lack of a better term lifestyle for $2500/month? Also is there such a thing as private health insurance in Ghana? I really hope you start a tourism business or repatriation classes, or even guest speaking to black people visiting Ghana, this is an ideal time to turn your experience into a career.

Funny that you are in SE Asia. I just watched my first video of yours on expats in Ghana and I mentioned I live half the time in SE Asia (Philippines/Thailand split) and here you are in Asia.. Great life you and your family have carved out. New subscriber as I just found your channel.
