- Keema Samosa
Ingredients for Keema Filling:
Oil 3 tbsp
Chicken keema 800 g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yoghurt 1 pack
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Green chillies (chopped) 1/2 cup
Ingredients for Assembling:
Samosa patti as required
Flour mixture (all-purpose flour ¼ cup + water ½ cup)
Keema filling as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions for Keema Filling Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add chicken keema. Cook until it changes colour. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
2. Now add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yoghurt , red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, and cook until chicken is fully done.
3. Now add onion, green chillies, and cook for 1-2 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Green Chutney Preparation:
4. In a jar, add green coriander, mint leaves, cumin powder, salt, green chillies, Yoghurt, and blend it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Take a samosa patti and brush flour mixture on one side of it. Fold it in a samosa shape and fill the keema filling in it. Now seal the samosa properly with flour mixture.
6. Deep fry it until crispy and golden brown. Your Keema Samosa is ready. Serve and enjoy.
