Tottenham is definitely happy that they lost their bit for the Olympic stadium. Now they have the best stadium in the Premier League and one of the best football grounds in Europe. Their South Stand was inspired by the Südtribüne _(south stand in German)_ of Dortmund and they did a good job with it _(I'm German/Dortmund supporter)!_ Of course it doesn't beat the _"Süd",_ but still... Plus they also got the contract with the NFL, to host the matches played in London! I never heard anything good about the "London Stadium". It's an athletics stadium and you can't hide it. The only bigger clubs that I know of, who still play in a stadium with a _(still intact)_ running track, are Lazio and Roma. The architects should've contacted the guys that transferred the stadium of VfB Stuttgart _(called Mercedes-Benz Arena back then)_ to an all-football stadium. They did a waaay better job! At German stadiums, it's normal to sit further from the pitch _(which has nothing to do with former running tracks)._ But I love how you can possibly sit right next to the pitch in England. Just stand up and run on the pitch, if you dare to. I really pity the West Ham supporters for having to deal with this stadium for a long time to come...
