Syntac snubbing 162's and 174's destroys my soul so much, especially when I'm struggling to find anything above level 100's on Aberration. And when it is above level 100 its usually a 180 meganeura or something.
1) Regarding the first wolf you had to leave in Kinderguardians' taming trap, could you have built a ramp on the inside to get it out? I've only ever played singleplayer so I don't know how building interactions with other tribes' structures works. 2) Rereading your server guide for Medieval ARK... why are Gasbags on the untameable list? They don't even live on Ragnarok. The concept and challenge structure of the server is neato burrito. Although I don't think I would restrict the same creatures you did, I see the logic behind the ones that you did.
You cant build in or around other tribes structures. Gasbags are on there because i wanted to replace wyverns with them but that didnt work, i wanted them on the map so we can kill them and get their bladders to make the balloons

In ARK on consome you can't have S+ as we all know, so i use inside of my traps (as soon as the creature is knocked out) ramps to get it out of there, you could propably try that on the wolf if that one would be worth it🤷🏼♀️
I had a moth i set to attack my target, using the dino pickup mod i was going to use it as a shoulder smoke bomb when i got attacked... shame it fell through the world when i threw it off my shoulder >
Whenever I lose a dino for unknown circumstances I use the group whistle "Follow All" because I don't have to be exactly targeting it for it to come back too me. I had a spastic cringe when you made it ignore group whistles... hope you don't lose it again.
@Syntac Have you made a base yet in Valguero lately? I know one spot that has the MOST resources you can get for mass metal, crystal, obsidian, silica pearls, oil, and cementing paste but some of them are little rides of getting to, and one of them is the cementing paste close to the broodmother lair. If you look at the Valguero map there is a lake close to the upper right-hand corner and the coordinates are Long: 60 and Lat: 25 because that's the best spot you can be or you could go for Long: 20 and Lat: 30 for a MASS amount of crystal and metal. But back on the old location you have easy access to silica pearls along the rivers and the two smaller ponds, a good surplus of metal on the hill where the obsidian and crystals lie (May have some few allosaurus's and rare/common occasion of raptors down close to the jungle area.).
is there a mod where animals are biome specific, i.e. if it's outside native biome it takes major damage over time? wtf is a butterfly doing in the artic biome?

Every video you destroy a hut with your horse... "That high damage..." Lol. Its funny. Still think you're taking on the traits of you worst enemy, the pego, though. But I like how you can't tame most flyers on this server, and that building mod.

You should get wyverns because they really go well with the while medieval theme
