- FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL | MY WATER BROKE! | BACK TO SCHOOL 2020
It's the first day of school 2020! All the kids are going back to school and some of them are excited while others are nervous or sad. Max is so sad to go back to school! Then we have a eventful night and my water broke.... I am finally in labor!!!

@@erinaa9486 did you really say you hope they got permission to use that clip? They ALWAYS ask their kids if they feel comfortable sharing things. They are very attentive and would never post something that makes their children feel uncomfortable and if you watched their vlogs you would know that so im not sure why you're saying you hope they got permission like they just post whatever they want without considering their children's feelings

He’s just being a baby everyone leaves their dog for a couple of hours he’ll be fine the dogs going nowhere but staying at their house stop babying him
Does Max have separation anxiety? Poor guy has seem so upset about the first day the last couple of years! I just wanna give him a hug and tell him it'll be okay!
I have seperation anxiety and i feel bad for anyone else who has it because is the worst feeling and it makes me really depressed.
they explained somewhere later he got bullied a lot so they took him out of school and homeschooled him so he was used to that. then when highschool started they wanted him to have that experience and try again when all his brothers and sisters where around. its realy sad he feels so horrible

Being a surrogate is a LOT of responsibility especially when you have your own kids to care for. And add two foster kids that are going to be adopted (hopefully soon) and then to make even even better, throw in a pandemic to spice things up. I can't even imagine how stressful and difficult that can be on a person and their family. Having to social distance from your own family after they're leaving after 5 months is just another responsibility they have to take on. God Bless you all and best of luck!!
I know Crystal is superwoman. Has 11 kids and their regular schedule/life, is pregnant as a surrogate making a couple parents for the first time, (well not pregnant anymore) adopted 2 new kids all while a pandemic is happening now that is truly an angel on earth.. And Aaron superman. Such beyond incredible human beings. This world needs more Crystals and Aarons and the world would be such an amazing place.

I truly believe that our loved ones in heaven talk with God to people in our lives for a reason. Your grandma knew your heart was yearning for more kids, so she sent these two sweet siblings.

He said in an earlier video that he wanted to try the first semester of high school in person and if it didn't work out, he will switch to home school again. Very proud of him for trying something that is obviously so anxiety inducing for him.
Same here, I doubt schools are gonna stay open long, with all the new cases, so he'll probably have plenty of company homeschooling.

He wants to try going to school right now instead of homeschool. Part of living with anxiety is slowly pushing yourself out of your comfort zone which is what he’s trying to do. He’s in high school this year and has lots of siblings that will have his back if he runs into trouble.

Alex needs something called “force field crease protector”. It’s this thing that you put in your sneakers while you have them on so they don’t crease. They have it on amazon.

Crystal is such an amazing person and mom! Not only is she making breakfast for all the kids and getting them ready for school but she is also helping another couple start their family. She is amazing!!

I feel so bad for Max, he’s such a awesome, nice guy and it’s sad that he has to feel this way going to school. But to be honest, knowing that all his siblings are there with him makes me feel a lot better, because I know they will take care of each other.
Your kids may not all be biological, but they look so much like each other. Yes, Logan and Max physically look a lot like their dad, but Logan and Brody have so much of the same trades
OMG, Max made me cry, I know how he feels since my husband passed I had to get a job and leave my dogs at home all day. I was always here for all the dogs I ever had.
I used to be SO sad when my son went back to school after summer or breaks. It annoyed me when some of the Mom's would drop off on the first day back being so happy and saying YEA they won't be home anymore.
Everyone of your kids looked fabulous for first day of school! Hope all goes well. Hope Max had a good day I felt so bad for him.

I love how even their dad was excited about their first day and interested in how it went. You can tell that he missed them from the tone of his voice and how he interacted with them once they got home. It’s so precious to see!😊

She makes lunch for school and breakfast, then helps them with hygiene, cleans their mess, and transports them to school while saying goodbye individually to all 11 and soon 13 kids this woman is an amazing hard working mother and supports all her children’s needs, all while being positive and I’m struggling with JUST MYSELF as a 20 year old! How does she do it?!
Wow, what an amazing vlog! From breakfast and the littles getting up so early, to the beautiful pictures of everyone , the hard decision of the school process to the interviews of their first day. All followed up by starting labor! After watching the kids and their great first days, I think you made the best choice! Being with their friends and doing sports and cheer- you can only do that for a few years till you move on to college or work. Crystal, it will give you time to recover and spend time with Aurora! I keep hearing that 7th and 8th were everyone’s favorite grades😂 they said it in this vid and the crazy middles Lacey and Cynthia and Lizzie said it in their recent video. Did anyone else absolutely HATE 8th grade??? 7th and 8th were my absolute worst years ever!!!
They were probably just saying that to make him feel better. But for me they also were THE WORST

Middle school was the lowpoint of my school career, kids were so mean and cliquey. I was so glad to get to high school, seems like they either matured or just found other kids to bully by then.

I can’t believe how amazing you are! All your kids seem like such great kids. I’m over here struggling with 1 child. Lol and he’s well behaved but being a single mom and having a full time job is so tiring. Running on 3 hours of sleep is killing me, especially because my kid loooves to talk and be next to me. This vlog magically showed up on my you tube earlier this week and reading the title I thought it would be about some young girl who didn’t know she was pregnant going into labor in the restroom. So glad that wasn’t the case.
What a pleasant surprise this was. Just a few days ago I hadn’t even heard of Crazy Pieces or the Crazy Middles and now I am binge watching and absolutely love it. I’m in love with your families. Such great kids you are raising. Thanks for your and Aaron’s example. These kids hit the jackpot by joining this fantastic family. Keep doing your thing because it is working.

looks like everyone has settled back in nicely :) im a youth worker in scotland and alot of the young people i work with were scared about going back to school due to the virus but thankful from talking to them after them being back at school its all going well :) also you should maybe you should take the hallie,alex and arianna to a industrail park at night when its quite and give them a shot of driving the van so incase there is ever a time when you or arron arent able to do the school run for what ever reason one of the older kids can do the school run and they will have an idea of what to expect when driving it

Thank you so much for letting us know your personal and family struggles and how you & Aaron have had to make almost impossible decisions keeping your whole family and the baby you are carrying safe. I really want to beg you to look after yourself however I understand that you are in a difficult position plus it's none of my business but it comes from a place of love. I wish when I was in foster care I could of found someone like you and your husband or even your sister and her husband. I was bounced so much in the system and I never really felt like I was really wanted and all 4 of you truly make all your kids feel wanted and loved. So ty for making these kids lives the best ever.
