This cost about 5K Jobs. If Keytone Oil WOULD have been allowed, the INCREASED supply of Oil and Gasoline prices would have decreased retail gasoline at the pump. This would have lowered inflation and the price of all goods and services. Port Arthur, Texas is a heavily Union Town. It has a 26.7% Poverty Rate. Overall 42.76% of the total population (excluding multiracial) in Port Arthur is Black. This expansion would have benefited the Black Community and reduced the Poverty rate. Thank you Joe Biden. Many Union Workers have joined the Jefferson County Republican Party. The Party elected it's first African American Republican Party Chairman ever since the Civil War.
