It's nice, but... It is not very convenient if you need to manually feed it twice a day. I would suggest you to think about an automatic feeding system. One log at the time on a conveyer for extended time period for example. Wood pellets will work (more expensive, but more convenient).
This looks like a great furnace. Do you have models available for Europe (well, almost anywhere in the world outside the USA) that uses a 230 V, 50 Hz supply? I'm sure that the Siemens LOGO PLC is easy to program to use degrees Centigrade.
