सर, आपने स्पीकर प्रोटेक्शन बोर्ड सर्किट दिखा था उसका उपयोग किया है बहुत अच्छा है पर उसमें स्टीरियो या 5.1 के लिए कैसे सर्किट में चेंज करें🤔 समझ नहीं आ रहा🙏🙏

Both sounds same, it's just the transistors works in different biasing.
Both are same no difference, only on collector output you need to set bias voltage on driver transistors to 0.6volt(+-). For emmiter output the bias voltage is 1.2volt(+-). If you use same circuit with collector output make sure the voltage is 0.6volt(+-) otherwise the output transistor will get hotter.

Power transistor ko agar direct drive karna hai to 5 to 10watt tak lagta hai, agar Darlington type drive karte hai to 0.5watt me bhi kaam ho jayega

Agar hum mica sheet ki jagah ek zyada diameter ki sleeve ko kaat kar heat sink k uper lagayien to usse thermal paste transistor ke collector or heatsink ke beech me garam hokr ache se failega jisse acha heat transfer hoga.
Sleeve thermally and electrically insulated hoti hai, lekin mica sheet ka thermal insulation level bahut kam hai, and electrical insulation level high hai. Yahi vajah hai ki ye jyada use hoti hai
