Dilip kumar's father had big joint family. I think this building must have gone to his othef brothers/ cousins after partition when Dilip kumar decided to remain in India. Seems they too have deserted it. This would have been. Valuable property as located right in the middle of a market. Had they preserved it, they could've earned a lot by converting it into a museum. Classic case of apathy of family members.
