Xavi before taking the job looked like a 36 year old who just retired from football after 2 and a half years now he looks in his mid 50s insane how managing barca can make a man age the most toxic environment i ever saw in football
Its simple: the media the Masses the club "surroundings" wanted another Pep Guardiola and another Pep-like era with a QUICK turnaround and quick results and quick trophies...not the same players not the same management heck not even the same stadium...and especially no messi no puyol no xavi himself, no iniesta, no busquets etc etc....That one-time wonder of a team under Pep got Everyone accustomed to just winning and winning and winning that translates into Todays unrelentless pressure for anyone sitting in that manager bench
I don’t believe he failed the club; he did really well as the Barca manager. However, his lack of experience was a realistic challenge. What he accomplished for the club makes him, in my opinion, the best coach in the world. People need to understand that in football, you will win and lose, and you will have players who get injured. Progress in the club takes time. What Barcelona achieved last year was the biggest success in the club's recent history, and people should be proud of that. Even though I want Xavi as the long-term coach, it's true that the media control the criticism in Barcelona. In the future, Barcelona should remember that the Barca philosophy and Barca DNA should be adapted in situations like this; it's very outdated. People should understand that it will take a long time for us to return to glory.

lmao yeah the mental toll this job has is too much
fully agree with the inexperienced part, the team is still way too young
These players will hit their prime in 10 years haha
Nice video Radman 👍
Appreciate it!

totally agree, our fanbase is too reactionary at times.
Bartomeu was responsible for a lot of the mess from 2012 till Laporta took over. His poor managment is still effecting us
His wasteful spending and not having a long term goal really did hurt the club
Another W take from Radman
ay spencer 👋😂
How he failed, when he won two titles last season
I explained it in the video, he has done well overall, this season has been a failure and most of it isnt his fault
@@Radmanx23 but in overall he is not failure coach, even have more points in games than ancelotti since he became coach in 2021

youre spot on
We need that Barcelona graph of managers but CHELSEA
Haha yeah Chelsea, Watford and a few other clubs are on another level when it comes to changing managers
he didn’t fail they failed him
I agree
