One of the hardest working producers rings in the New Year with a sumptuous 3 track EP on Toolroom Trax. Based in Uruguay, Gabriel Rocha boasts a wealth of experience with releases on Strictly Rhythm, Ministry of Sound and of course Toolroom. 2010 has been a great year for Gabriel with support coming from the likes of Mark Knight, Funkagenda, Chris Lake and his latest offering the 'Cars & Girls EP' is evidence (if you needed any) that he knows how to work the dancefloor.
'Ride On Time' instantly locks you into a hip shaking groove with swinging beats and a cheeky synth loop that has already been demolishing the dancefloors in Mark Knight's DJ sets and looks destined to destroy many more. Title track 'Cars & Girls' continues the body popping flavour with a hypnotic vocal resounding out above some energetic loops. 'Voodoo' rounds the EP off with pumping percussion that chugs along relentlessly -- perfect for early sets or keeping the crowd going at the afterparty.

lmao well this is progressive - ish house so thats the whole idea off this track xD This track is seriously a TOTAL banger. I bet you havent been a fan off house for a long time if you think that this isnt good. This is one off the best tracks ive heard on Toolroom, its just a amazing track. Even though it is looped for most off the time, Gabriel Rocha is a really good producer and you probably cant do better, so if you dont like it, then dont comment on it.

this is so boring...if he was gonna just loop 5 chords he might as well have made it more interesting
