i tested it in dz n open world u cant change it while in combat but after combat u change the talents n it works if the session is changed u gotta do it again 😊
sorry if u dont get this get your shotgun with brazen talent then shoot enemy or npc which will proc your brazen talent then chamge the talent to optimist or any other talent u prefer, then shoot them all the brazen talent will still be on with whatever talent u use this will gives u more dmg based on brazen talent dmg
Its because youre still in the range while tinkering. This would not happen in open world because while youre actively in combat (which the range is set to) you cant tinker. This is a bug thats only a bug because the range creates a scenario that you would never be in in the rest of the game.

WOW!!! So he replaced talent with Brazen shot it until the talent was engaged, then replaced with Optimist and it still hit as though the talent was STILL Brazen even though he clearly changed talents.
