You just didn't tell that cuncer rate is biggest in the world. Serbia is poisoned with depleted uranium and other chemicals . I would not recommend for living just visiting
It's high but not biggest. Depleted uranium was the gift from genocidal USA and western countries that are vassal to them. However it is related to south, Kosovo province. There was the biggest impact. Croatian coastal area have biggest pollution and cancer rate. Majority of the aircrafts attacking Serbia didn't use weapons because of air defence, couldn't return with it in the base in Italy...so it was agreed to dump them into the sea in Croatia on return from missions. Avoid Kosovo, Croatia and Adriatic fish, sea food and you will be just fine
