Join me as I travel from Biliran Island to Cebu on a boat and explore the city of Cebu for a couple of days. We visit the popular tourist spot called 10,000 roses. We tried a very interesting restaurant with a seating area surrounded with pond filled with water and fish inside. See the views of the city and streets. Very cheap hotel in the middle of the Cebu.
