Donald Trump has quite a penchant for fast food, which many have mocked in recent years, and there are actually a few reasons as to why he prefers Big Macs and Filets-O-Fish to a good steak or caviar. Not only does this multi-millionaire who has always flown on private planes think that fast food makes him relatable, but he’s also worried about being poisoned by White House chefs. Most obese people will tell you that they are NOT obese, they're just extra healthy. I'm 5'7" at 68 years old, I was a gymnast in High School because I was a premature baby at 3lb 11oz, So being big in sports would not work for me as I only weighed 117lbs in the 10th grade, so I joined the Gymnastic team. Now I weigh 195lbs, but I don't look overweight, I'm broad shouldered. The only place I need to lose is my belly but even at 195, I look healthy but I have to say I'm eating 1 and a half to 2 meals a day, I just cannot lose anymore weight. I've been stuck at this weight for 10 years, exercise would help greatly but just a little activity and I hurt for days. Sorry to ramble on, any suggestions? other than going hungry?
