Does it nessecary to make a SCADA system using a PLC with an Ethernet Port? Or can we try available COMPort in PLC to Connect PC using it's Serial Port.

I have a Delta DVP28SV11R PLC. It does not have an Ethernet port. Communication between PC and PLC is through RS232.
Is it possible to link it with Ignition?
Also, I've been going through your other videos on Ignition. Is hardware (PLC) necessary to learn it?

We would like to use the ignition scada in our factory . As per the training video of this ignition scada , it is a freeware software . But when i installed this in my laptop,it was showing as trial .I can only able to use for 2 hours. Please guide me for this. If the software needed payment for license ,please suggest about that also.

It should be possible via Kepserver! You can create a Kepserver of your Delta PLC and then further link this Kepserver with SCADA software! :)
