Ive stayed in Puerto calm club for the last 30 years,which is directly opposite that row of bars and restaurants, great views, great apartments and an easy walk in retrospect. Hope you enjoyed that area. Great content, love seeing that area in the twilight!

Thanks Lynn, depends what u like but nerja and albufeira Old Town lovely . For winter hols Tenerife or Lanzarote the busier resorts, for live music can't beat Benidorm. Fav city break maybe Malaga.
When I stayed there, I would go from Nellys just to the right hand side of the dino market, up the path, bare left, up a dozen steps which came out about 30 yards short of Porlamar entrance
Were thinking of gling here in june. Married couple late 30s. But im reading two complete different opinions. Some people say its a great spot for the craic with good music spots and cheap drink Then others say its a "dump" with loads of places closed. I know to each their own but which is it?? Is it a good spot for good nitelife and food and drink ?? Thats all we want! Thanks
i would say no unless you like just eating out as quite a few restaurants, didnt see many bars with anything on. Better staying in puerto rico and getting bus in for day trips, puerto rico isnt as nice but lots more bars.

Try El Barco Ristorante pizza place near Bahia Blanca, very decent italian pizzas at good prices
